The company has appointed a Supervisory Body ('SB') tasked with overseeing the functioning and compliance of the model.

IPSA S.p.A. has positively assessed the opportunity, aiming for complete assurance of transparency in its corporate management, to proceed with the implementation and concrete execution of a Model 231 and an Ethical Code, which constitutes an integral part of it.
