LEVIMIX 1.000 g Mix the first four ingredients to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
280 g Water
150 g Eggs
Yeast 60 g
Margarina croiss. 400 g

Point the dough for approx. 15'.
add margarine to the dough and mix, fold it and leave it resting for few minutes in between .
Shape the croissants.
Let rise and bake.
