1000 g LEVISNACKMix all the ingredients in the mixer with spatula.
400 g Water
150 g Eggs
50 g Melange/Butter
50/60 g Bakery Yeast
350 g HALTA MÉLANGE CREAM-
Point the dough for approx. 15'.
Embedding Halta Melange / Butter and give two folds to 4 or three folds to 3.doing the rest mass of a ride for a few minutes and the other.
Shape the croissants.
Let rise and bake.
