To decorate cakes and dessert and to protect fruits from oxidation. For the hot-use it can be diluted up to 2 parts water and 1 of Multigel (unique in the market!). FEATURES
Double purpose: it can be used hot and spray. High yield: when used with hot process it can be dilutet up to 1 part of water and 1 part of MULTIGEL. Having all the traditional gels performances.

COLD: as it is.

MULTIGEL 1 dose.
Water 1 or 2 doses.
Mix MULTIGEL and water.
Bring to boil, mixing.
Any residual product can be reused adding water.
