RECIPE / DOSAGE

2500 g SFOGLIAMIX
1100 g water
2000 g Margarine for pastry

Knead SFOGLIAMIX with water for about 5 min.Leave the dough rest for about 5 min. Mix the dough with margarine and give a single fold and then a double fould. Leave it resting for about 10 min., Give another single and then a double fold. Roll out the dough and work it as usual. Bake at 220 ° C for 20 minutes.
