Light: low fat content. Highly digestible: it is without starches. Multi-purpose and easy to whip. Great taste with delicate milk flavor.

Chill in the fridge at +4°/+6°C before whipping.
It can be whipped as it is or adding (15-20%) of sugar and/or (5/10%) of cold milk.
Keep in the fridge and use whitin 3-4 days once opened.
