RECIPE / DOSAGE
1 bag 120 g HALTA SEMIFREDDO AL TARTUFO,
110 g Cold water (+4°C)
150 g Dairy cream

Whip all the cold ingredients together for 1 minute at low speed and for 3 minutes at maximum speed.
Pour it into a nonsticking mould and store into the freezer for at least 5-6 hourstill it is completely hard.
In order to take it out easily from the mould dip the mould into hot water for a few seconds, place the semifreddo on a serving plate.
Cut it into slices and before serving dust with cocoa powder.
Store into the freezer and serve cold.
